A 100-level student of the Taraba State University (TSU) Comfort Jimtop Oliver, has d!ed at her boyfriend's house in Jalingo. The Mass Communication student was discovered lifeless in the room located at Bakasi area of Jalingo, near Dr. Rapha’s quarters, opposite the Vice-Chancellor’s gate on Friday, September 12, 2025. Comfort, an indigene of Takum Local Government Area, was identified as a member of the Kuteb ethnic group. The circumstances surrounding her d3ath remain unclear at the time of filing this report but it was gathered that authorities have commenced investigations to uncover the cause.
